柔性自动化系统

Flexible Manufacturing System

柔性制造系统是由统一的信息控制系统、物料储运系统和一组数字控制加工设备组成，能适应加工对象变换的自动化机械制造系统。FMS兼有加工制造和部分生产管理两种功能，因此能综合地提高生产效益。

柔性制造系统是一种技术复杂、高度自动化的系统，它将微电子学、计算机和系统工程等技术有机地结合起来，理想和圆满地解决了机械制造高自动化与高柔性化之间的矛盾。

Flexible manufacturing system is composed of the unified information control system, material handling and storage system and a set of numerical control processing equipment. It is an automatic machinery manufacturing system adapted to varying processing object. FMS has both processing and part of production management function, thus it can comprehensively improve the efficiency of production.

Flexible manufacturing system is a system with complex technology and highly automation. It combines microelectronics, computer, systems engineering and other technology, which solved contradiction between high automation and high flexibility ideally and successfully.

信息及控制系统

系统软件用以确保柔性制造系统有效地适应中小批量多品种生产的管理、控制及优化工作，包括设计规划软件、生产过程分析软件、生产过程调度软件、系统管理和监控软件。

System software ensure the flexible manufacturing system to adapt to the middle-small batch and multi-product production management, control and optimization work, including design planning software, analysis software of the production process, dispatching software of production process , system management and monitoring software.

计算机控制系统用以处理柔性制造系统的各种信息，输出控制CNC机床和物料系统等自动操作所需的信息。通常采用三级(设备级、工作站级、单元级)分布式计算机控制系统，其中单元级控制系统(单元控制器)是柔性制造系统的核心。

Computer control system is used to deal with various information of flexible manufacturing system, the output control of CNC machine tool and the material system and other information required for automation. It usually adopts three levels (equipment, workstation, unit) distributed computer control system and unit control system (unit controller) is the core of the flexible manufacturing system.

自动化存储与输送系统是柔性制造的物流环节组成部分，用来完成工序间的自动传送、调运和存贮工作，包括各种传送带、自动导引小车、工业机器人及专用起吊运送机等

Automated storage and conveyor system is a component of flexible manufacturing logistics links, which is used to complete automatic transportation, dispatching and storage in process. It includes all kinds of conveyor belt, automatic guided vehicles, industrial robots and special lifting transporter, etc.

柔性加工单元(FMC)是加工中心配上工件托盘库及托盘自动交换装置的加工设备.其组成部分是加工主机,托盘库及托盘自动交换装置或料库及自动上下料装置,机床的数控系统和单元控制器

Flexible manufacturing cell (FMC) is the processing equipment that machining center is equipped with pallet library and pallet automatic switching device. Its components are processing host, pallet library and pallet automatic switching device or material library, automatic loading and unloading device, machine tool numerical control system and unit controller

柔性加工自动线

FML

柔性加工自动线是由若干台通用数控机床或加工中心为主组成，物料输送大多采用机器人或自动搬运小车的自动生产线。

FML is an automatic production line which consists of some general numerical machine tools or machining centers. Material handling is usually operated by robot or automatic handling car.

柔性装配线

FAL

柔性装配线也称为可编程序装配线，是在非间歇传送装配的基础上，采用可编程序装配工作头进行多项产品的装配。通常由装配站、物料输送装置和控制系统等组成。

FAL is also known as programmable assembly line, it adopts programmable assembly for a number of product assembly based on intermittent conveyor assembly. It usually compose of assembly station, material conveying device and control system, etc.
