Mobile rack is the racking form which install the heavy racks on the track chassis. The rack could open and close freely. Compared with conventional aisle rack, mobile rack just requires a single aisle, thus saving a lot of space. For the warehouse storage, mobile rack could be the best solution, especially where storage space is expensive, for example in cold stores.

钢板重载自动化立体库是针对钢板其自身特点所研制的一种在线自动化存取设备，主要适用于大载重，多规格，存取频繁的钢板加工生产线。该设备主要包括立库体、升降平台、横移装置、托盘、载物台等部件。其中升降平台部分通过动滑轮组的灵活应用有效降低了起升所需扭矩；横移装置通过三排链配合拨叉组件实现载物托盘的进出；载物托盘通过多次承载试验，优化结构及焊接工艺，实现了大跨距重载的要求。该设备除满足钢板的存储外，具有特殊尺寸规格的货物，如管材、轴类零件、扁平件等都有较好的应用，除此之外用户亦可配合货箱，通过间层存放载物托盘以满足一般散件货物的存储。设备工作过程如下，通过钢板专用吊具将钢板放到载物台上，升降平台动作，将钢板提升至设定层，横移机构动作，将托盘送至立库体中，完成存放动作。取货动作与此相反。

The automated stereoscopic warehouse of heavy steel plate is an online access automation equipment developed according to the characteristics of the steel plate. It is mainly suitable for the steel plate processing production line, which is characterized by heavy loading, different specifications and frequent access. This equipment mainly includes the stereoscopic warehouse, lift platform, transverse shifting devices, pallets, loading platform and so on. the lift platform can reduce the required torque because of the application of movable pulley group; Transverse shifting devices realize the pallet in and out through three rows of chain with fork component; the pallet realize the requirement of large span overloading because of bearing test for many times, optimizing structure and the welding process. In addition to satisfying the steel plate storage, this equipment also suit for the storage of special specifications of the goods, such as pipes, shaft parts, flat pieces. Besides that, the user can also cooperate with packing case, meeting the general bulk cargo storage through the deposit layer between the pallets. Equipment working process is as follows: put steel onto loading platform through a special steel slings, lift platform actions, set the steel plate to pre-set layer, transverse shifting device actions, convey the pallets into stereoscopic warehouse, complete store action. Picking-up action is to the contrary.
